Purchases on PlayStation Store are handled by PlayStation Store under its own rules. If you want to cancel a purchase or get a refund, please contact PlayStation Support.
I bought the game for the wrong platform
BeamNG.drive is available on PC (Windows, and experimentally Linux) and PS5. It is not available on Mac, Xbox, Nintendo Switch or mobile phones.
If you bought the PC version but only have a PS5, contact the store where you bought it:
- Steam: refunds are handled by Valve, see Steam Refunds.
- Epic Games Store: see the Epic Games Store refund policy.
- Humble Bundle: submit a ticket and include the email address used to place the order.
If you bought the PS5 version but want to play on PC, please contact PlayStation Support about your PlayStation Store purchase.
