How to contact BeamNG support
How to contact BeamNG.drive support: submit a support ticket or email support@beamng.com, and what to include on PC (Support ID) and on PS5.You can submit a ticket here or use the address: support@beamng.com
It is important to be specific and accurate when it comes to the details of your issue.
In addition to the completed Ticket Form, please include:
- PC: a Support ID. See Gathering Logs (Support ID) to learn what a Support ID is and what information it contains. See also How to report issues.
- PS5: start your message with “PS5” and include the game version, the PS5 system software version (Settings → System → System Software → Console Information) and the error code, if the PS5 showed one.
