Crackling sound in BeamNG.drive

This is most likely caused by combination of your hardware and software. Usually it happens when you use wired USB headset.

Try to record the gameplay and check if you hear this crackling sound.

• If yes, please check if the issue persists in Safe Mode, this could be caused by mods
• If no, unfortunately, there is no a solution, however, it’s possible to reduce this effect. Please try these:

1. If you have a spare headset, please check if the issue persists. Issue should be gone if you use wireless headset.
2. Try to update your audio drivers

If this doesn’t help, try this trick:

• Launch the game
• Wait until it fully launched
• Go to your sound panel on Windows taskbar
• Change the volume slightly
